Kevin at Big House Frenchies walked me through every part of the process. He constantly sent pictures to update me on Diesel’s growth and progress. He provided a necessities list to help ready me and Diesel for his new home. Leading up to picking up my puppy Kevin allowed me to meet Diesel before I was able to take him home. The day I picked up my puppy he was fully clothed, had a personalized dog tag, and was accompanied by a gift bag with all of essential puppy trinkets.
