Our Policies

We require that all clients complete and sign our purchase contract. All deposits are void without completion of the purchase contract.

Deposits and Payments 

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of signing the contract in order to reserve your puppy. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, but will go towards your total value.

Payments are made quickly and safely. All services and product sales are final, as we do not offer any refunds. 

Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business.

Transportation In State

We are not responsible for any transportation of dogs purchased from us, coordinating pick up is your responsibility. A travel fee will be applied to final balance for meeting points and due on your final payment date.

Transportation Out of State

We are not responsible for any transportation of dogs purchased from us, coordination is your responsibility. If you would like to include our nanny service, travel rates will be applied to your final balance and due 2 weeks prior to travel date.
